NEWSIES Scheduled Streaming Ticket Information
We are so excited to perform this year's musical NEWSIES this March! Due to COVID-19 restrictions placed by Governor DeWine, we are limited to the number of audience members who may attend each live performance. However, the show will be available to all via a Scheduled Stream during Easter weekend! Here's how it works: with permission from Music Theatre International, the performance will be video recorded live during the weekend of March 19th, 20th, and 21st for a limited audience. After the editing process, the video will air on ShowTix4U.com during Easter weekend for the whole community:
Friday, April 2nd at 7:00pm
Saturday, April 3rd at 7:00pm
Sunday, April 4th at 3:00pm
Here's what this means for you:
- Once the scheduled stream tickets go on sale, you can purchase tickets whenever it is convenient for you.
- You can select the exact date and time you would like to see the show in the comfort of your own home.
- You only need to purchase one streaming ticket for you and your family.
Important Details to Note:
- The Scheduled Stream Tickets will go on sale on Monday, March 8th @ midnight
- Online ticket sales will end 1 hour before each show for each individual showing (i.e. Friday's streaming ticket sales will close at 6pm on Friday, April 2nd; Saturday's ticket sales will close at 6pm on Saturday, April 3rd; and Sunday's ticket sales will close at 2pm on Sunday, April 4th).
- Pay attention to the date and time that you choose to enjoy the show. For example, if you purchase a Friday streaming ticket, you MUST have the video ready to play before 7:00pm. The show will begin at exactly 7:00pm. If you log in anytime after 7:00pm, you will miss the portion that has already played, and you are unable to start over. Additionally, you are unable to pause, rewind, fast-forward, and stop the video - it will play as if the show is happening in real time. The same goes for the Saturday and Sunday viewings.
